The key to buying any new flooring is knowing how to correctly measure and estimate the quantity you require. Our experts will do this for you at a site survey, however it can be beneficial to visit our show room with rough measurements so you can get an idea of price. Here are a few steps to measuring your floor: 1) Use a tape measure to find the width and length of your room. 2) Measure the room at its longest and widest points 3) Finally, multiply the width by the length to get the area in square metres. For example for a room at 5m x 3m, you will need approximately 15m2 of flooring. However if you don't feel confident in doing this yourself, please don't worry.
